Peers family pics

Here are some pics we got taken on Saturday. Everyone came home for Thanksgiving at Mikey's house, it was sooooooooo fun!! We all made a dish and they turned out great. I made my great great grandma's orange tea roll recipe for the first time and it was so fun to finally try and keep the tradition going.

We are pretty much moved in now. We got our washer/dryer hooked up, cable and phone. All we have left to get is Internet!! Woohoo!! We also have TONS of organizing to do. It's very time consuming. Hopefully we'll be done in a couple of weeks. Not much will get done this week because Mikey is going on his first business trip. He'll be gone all week :-( Anyone want to come over and keep me company? We have a very comfortable sleeping bag for you:-)

Mikey's uncle's Pumpkin Extravaganza!!

Mikey's Uncle, Craig, has turned pumpkin carving into an artistic celebration!! He has whoever wants to, come the day before Halloween and carve pumpkins. As you can see by some of these pumpkins people have taken it to the next level, they're amazing!! Next time you're in Fairfield stop on by, you won't be sorry...not to mention he gives out huge candy bars for the trick or treater's!

I took Jocelyn to the pumpkin patch last Wednesday. She loved it! We went with some friends and they were all so cute playing with all the pumpkins.

On Halloween we took Jocelyn trick-or-treating and it was so fun! She wouldn't let anyone touch her basket of "trick-or-treats". Then we headed up to Mikey's uncle's house for an incredible display of carved pumpkins. I will post pictures of those soon!

This morning I went into Jocelyn's room to get her out of the crib and I gave her a big hug and a kiss. She looked at me funny and said "You smell yucky."

Tagged- 6 unspectacular things about me...

1. I have to have dessert after every meal
2. I hate wearing clothes. I would walk around naked everywhere if it was socially acceptable. Ok maybe not everywhere but you get the idea.
3. I can't sleep without a clock. When I wake up at night I like to see how much time I have left to sleep.
4. I have a serious problem with shoppers guilt. I like to buy things but then I feel guilty and take everything back. My husband says it's really funny to look at the credit card reports.
5. I don't like my ears.
6. I get VERY mean when I get hungry. FEED ME.

Holy Crap!!!! We bought a house!!!

We bought a house!!!! It's in Walnut Creek. Escrow opened today so we should be able to move in 30 days. Yipee!

We had a great birthday party for Jocelyn this past weekend. Her birthday is this coming up Sunday, Oct. 12th, but we had to celebrate it early because my mom and grandparents won't be around this weekend. She got some cute clothes and lots of Dora toys!
