Those eyes! Those curls!!!

Jocelyn's hair just seems to be getting curlier and curlier. I guess it's no surprise with Mikey's hair and all but it just looks so cute! Actually, we should be more surprised by the fact that it's not a frow!

I can't stand how cute she is!!!

Playing Peek a boo

Ready for church in her new outfit from Aunt Julie!

The morning ritual of sucking her thumb and watching Tigger and Pooh

She is such a Daddy's girl!

Her new word is "Cheese!" whenever she sees the camera, which makes it really hard to take pictures because she always gets ready by squinting her little eyes.
I LOVE HER!!!!

My mom's engaged...

My mom is engaged...It's official but I only know because my sister Julie told me today and she only knows because she happened to call my mom last night after it happened. Needless to say I am a little perturbed that she still hasn't called to tell me. Why is she so weird? Anyway, here is a picture of her ring, except hers is 2 karats. She did email pictures of the ring she picked last week.

Ragnar Relay here I come!

I signed up for the 178 mile Ragnar Relay Race that takes you from Logan to Park City. It takes anywhere from 17-33 hours to run. There are 12 people on a team and you each have to run 3 legs. Mine total 16.4 miles. I am just praying that none of my legs turn out to be in the middle of the night. I really need to get into shape!!!! So I'll be in Utah the week of June 20th!

Holy Roseola!

Jocelyn had a fever all week and was EXTREMELY fussy and clingy. Well, the fever finally went away and at the same time delevoped an awful rash all over her body! I took her to the doctor and they said it was Roseola.

Roseola is a viral illness in young children, most commonly affecting those between the ages of 6 months and 2 years. It is typically marked by several days of high fever, followed by a distinctive rash just as the fever breaks.

Well, it's been a very irritating week-with a fussy baby and a sick husband, I'm about to pull my hair out. I hope your week has been better than mine!

One of my favorite things...The Tim Tam Slam

My brother served his mission in New Zealand and we were lucky enough to go and pick him up. He introduced us to one of the yummiest, melt in your mouth things...The Tim Tam Slam. For many years we dreamed about this cookie and my brother even ordered some off the internet for us a couple years ago for Christmas but I have made an amazing discovery....they carry them at World Market!!!!!! My dreams have come true!!!!! My favorite is the double coat. If you have a World Market near you or even an hour away from you, you must go buy some! You have eat them the way I tell you though, the New Zealand way:

1. Brew up some yummy hot chocolate

2. Bite opposite ends of your cookie (small bites)

3. Quickly put one corner of the cookie in the hot chocolate and slurp some up through the other bitten end. THIS MUST BE DONE QUICKLY!

4. Place the whole cookie in your mouth and just let that little piece of heaven melt away.

Gotta go get me some Tim Tams!!!!!!

We're back!!!!

It was a great vacation! We spent Christmas with Mikey's family and had so much fun! We got to go kayaking in the bay, eat at the Chefs Table (that was our Christmas present. You go to the cooks house and they cook the whole meal in front of you....Soooooooooo yummy!), play games, go to a movie and so much more!!!! We spent New Years with my family and we got to go skiing, out to eat and visit friends. Oh, and Mikey got me something off my wish list!!! He got me a Nikon D80, an upgrade!!!! Above are some pictures from the camera (except for the skiing one) at my mom's house, I love it! Can't wait to take some classes!
