Need opinions PLEASE!!!!

This is the dress I bought for Mikey's graduation ball. What do you think? I put on some jewelry that I aready have but I think maybe it needs something more pendant-ish? Also, how do you think I should do my hair and makeup? I'm thinking about getting some subtle highlights back. Do you like the shoes?

Jocelyn helped daddy clean and then we went to the park. This was right before we went on the cruise. I haven't taken any pics since I had my tonsils out. Jocelyn is really sick right now so she's not the best subject either. She has a really bad cold and cough and threw up twice today. I can't wait to catch that...with the gaping wounds in my mouth I'm sure that won't hurt at all! Life!

Oh the pain!

It hurts!!!!!!!!!! The surgery itself is only like an hour but man, the pain afterwards is terrible! I can't even swallow my own spit! Tylenol with codeine wasn't cutting it so I had Mikey ask my doctor for something stronger so now I have to mash up an Oxycodone and drink it. It hurts to talk, I can't sleep, I'm miserable. Thank you for letting me share. I'm going to go ice my neck now. Stupid tonsils.

We are back 8lbs heavier!!!!!!

We had the most wonderful time! It was perfect weather and so relaxing! We got massages and ate our way through the whole trip. They had the best dessert called Warm Chocolate Melting Cake. Oh my gosh! SO GOOD. It was different from those molten chocolate cakes though--- gooeyer(sp?) and less cakey. Oh man, I had 2 every night. We were excited to see Jocelyn and after a smile and a hug from her she went off playing...she didn't even care! I gained about 8lbs but no worries...I get my tonsils taken out on Thursday and hear you lose about that much because you can't eat for a week. So I'll break even. I thought it was pretty good planning on my part ;-) So my mom is coming on Thursday to help out. This last semester is going by so fast! Before we know it we'll be back in Cali!

Oh and I didn't bring the nice camera because I was too scared!

P.S. Thank you Heather for the bathing suit posts. I went out and got that red one. I had to go to 3 different Macy's but I found it!
